IMPORTANT: In order to get our great rates, we are required to meet a “room minimum” pursuant to our contract with the Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.  Please make sure to give the group code when you reserve your room:  SGGBC2  Doing so will ensure your rate, along with getting the convention the required credit. Also, if you want to have rooms located nearby other attendees, please tell the registration clerk of your wish. They will make every attempt to place you near other attendees.

Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of MAY 8, 2012 5:00 PM PDT in order to be eligible for the group rate.

All room reservations confirmed in the group sleeping room block will require a first night’s room and tax advance deposit to guarantee accommodations. The Las Vegas Hotel and Casino (formerly the Las Vegas Hilton) will accept checks and all major credit cards directly from each guest for advance deposits. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately. Advance individual reservation deposits are completely refundable if canceled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival.
